The largest package concerns km1 to km26 of the Vaziani–Gombori–Telavi road, where 26.5 kilometres are to be fully rehabilitated at an estimated procurement value of GEL 69,188,499. A second tender covers km4.6 to km13 of the Rustavi–Lemshveniera road, where 8.4 kilometres are to be rehabilitated at an estimated GEL 11,022,910. Together the two larger packages account for just over half the total programme value.
The remaining two packages address the Shukruti–Usakhelo–Korbouli road between km1 and km19, where 18.2 kilometres are to be rehabilitated for an estimated GEL 37,306,538, and km32 to km43 of the Tianeti–Akhmeta–Kvareli–Ninigori road, covering 12 kilometres at an estimated GEL 27,328,029. All four notices were published on the electronic platform of Georgia's State Procurement Agency, and each has its own reference page from which bidders can obtain the procurement dossier.
The Roads Department operates under Georgia's Ministry of Infrastructure. Georgian reporting on the tenders described investment in road infrastructure of this kind as a means of improving communication between regions and of raising safety for road users on the affected sections. The four packages were announced as separate electronic procedures rather than as a single framework, and they sit on four different routes.
